Faceted Swarovski Feng Shui Crystals

0

In feng shui, faceted crystal balls are used to expand the energy of an area. Each facet spreads the reflected light in a different direction, hence the faceted ball actually radiates energetic light, which is the reason why we use them to expand areas that are otherwise tight, dark and close. Use them in narrow hallways, or to energize a empty- feeling,’flat’ or dull-feeling area. Feng Shui crystals are also used to give energy and raise the chi of the relationship or prosperity guas, or to help draw in helpful people. My daughter Oriana keeps one at her desk to keep the chi moving so that she is more alert while studying. These genuine Swarovski Feng Shui crystal balls are the best and the brightest! Red string not included.

Feng Shui For Career to Boost Your Business

0

By Belinda Mendoza

I love working with businesses large or small as they all have their own unique challenges. I am a problem solver. As a Regional Sales Manager for a billion dollar medical device company for 15 yrs., I was always on my feet working with customers, sales reps, or managers to get the best sales results. Even in my own early years as a sales rep I was known for turning lagging businesses around. Today, I do this as a feng shui consultant and advisor to businesses. My research shows that business owners want to do well so they can be happy and lead a good life.

Just as in medicine I believe in using everything available. Eastern and Western methods that have been proven to work, when used together can create dynamic results. This is where my fascination with feng shui came in. I was working for my company and not really seeing the results I felt I should for the work and effort I was exerting at the time.

Once I found out about feng shui and implemented some of its techniques, my career skyrocketed. I just had to learn more.

Now I help others . One case where East met West was at West Tennessee Express Inc., an over-the-road trucking firm based in Jackson, TN. Owner Michael, who employs 100 drivers, was worried that the atmosphere at his business didn’t feel right.

“In the trucking business there’s a lot of intensity,” he says. “There’s a lot of chaos, pressure and demands here.”

“I want a more pleasant atmosphere, a more inviting atmosphere,” he said. “I think it has an effect on everybody’s psyche and their underlying attitudes. Negatives or positives are created by what people see around them.”

So, Michael turned to my advice on how to use the ancient Chinese art of Feng Shui (pronounced fung shway) to improve his business environment. He had heard of its benefits.

I suggested Michael needed plants to offset all the metal in his workspace and an aquarium to make the entrance more welcoming. “Fish are a prosperity symbol,” I told him regarding the purpose of the aquarium. “Furthermore, placing water at the entrance represents flow, which for a business is money.” Other feng shui enhancers like money frogs, gold coins, and mirrors, also work well.

I also noted that the dispatch area was “very loud and stressful — a big, sterile room with everybody out in the open.” Placing plants in the corners would create a circle, or harmony, in the room. It’s good for the health of the employees”. Lucky bamboo on their desks would add to their longevity at his business.

The advice suited the business owner’s purpose. “I’m trying to help the type of people I employ slow down and stay where they are,” he said. “It’s no secret a lot of truck drivers just won’t stay in one place, no matter what. They’re very transient in nature. I’m trying to make an impact on that.”

In the drivers’ room, upon my suggestion, Michael placed a logo of the company above the window where drivers talk to dispatchers, and he plans to hang a picture of a red tractor on a wall that used to be a jumble of bulletins. “We have real pretty equipment,” he says. On another wall, he plans to put pictures of the drivers of the month. He hopes these changes will symbolize stability to his employees. Adding red energizes an area so coins with red tassles, red dragons, red wealth buddhas, all work well to boost recognition. Adding crystals whether round-faceted or natural can help to stabilize an area. He added some to the area and ordered some red round-faceted ones for this truck drivers to hang in their trucks to remind them of prosperity.

As soon as I walked in to this area where the truckers congregate, I felt the impermanence of the room. I told him he needed to have this room be more welcoming and that he needed to include a symbol of his business (what it was he wanted the world to know about his business). He really liked that. He said it made a lot of sense. I asked him to write Intentions for what he Really wants for his business and to place in a lucky red envelope. He could put some money it in and keep on his desk or in his wallet. Writing things down will help to attract to you what you desire.

This is what is so appealing about Feng Shui, which means wind and water. It takes into consideration how physical surroundings affect people’s mental and emotional health. In Feng Shui, areas of life including wealth, health, knowledge, fame, career, children, travel, love and marriage are all charted on the “Ba-gua Map,” which relates important aspects of one’s life to physical spaces that range from public buildings to homes, to offices, to desks and even to table tops. This map can be found in any feng shui book or on google.

Interior designers say,”Good Feng Shui is synonymous with good design.” One of its tenets, for instance, is to position beds and desks so that a clear view of doors is available. Facing the door makes common sense. That way, there are no surprises. You’re saying you command your space.

Feng Shui also gives you a feeling of empowerment over your environment. Everyone actually does some version of it without realizing it. It’s design that has a good feeling, good flow and no clutter.

Eliminating clutter and organizing what’s left is essential. The six “Clear the Way” questions in Feng Shui are:

1. Do I love it?

2. Do I need it?

3. Does it support who I am now in my life?

4. What positive and/or negative thoughts, memories or emotions do I associate with it?

5. Does it need to be fixed or repaired? If so, and am I willing to do so now?

6. If it’s time to let it go, am I going to sell, lend or give it away, and if so, when?

Feng Shui refers to vital energy (called ch’i) that is present in everything. It becomes significant in interior design because in objects in our work/living space are alive with our thoughts and feelings. Their proper arrangement allows for good flow of chi. For example, merely owning a sofa covered with designer fabric won’t change your life, but moving it to face the entrance of your living room will. You’ll be more comfortable because you will feel more in command and be more open to the flow of energy in the room. There is no magic to it but miracles can happen because you open yourself up to them.

Mendoza, once Southeastern Sales Leader for a billion dollar company selling medical devices, became fascinated with Feng Shui in 1996 which led her to train in China with top masters. She credits the philosophy with her success in the sales field. Eventually, she quit her job to make Feng Shui her full-time occupation in 2000. She does assessments for businesses of any size. She lives in Austin, Tx. and can be reached at www.designforenergy.com or 512/740-1251. She offers a Free 30 minute phone assessment for anyone interested in expanding their business to lead a happier life. She is author of “Feng Shui For The Loss of a Pet, Restoring Balance During Grief and Loss”.

Mary Singer of Commercial Realty Group/CRESA used some of Mendoza’s suggestions when she was renovating her business in East Memphis. “I was out in California at a real estate convention, and they were talking about balance and harmony and what [Feng Shui] techniques they were using,” Singer says. “It was just so typical in California. They wouldn’t begin to put a building on a parcel of land without making sure it fit on the land and that it was in harmony and balance. I thought it was interesting and intriguing. I felt like it had a little connection with Native American culture, which I so admire.”

She asked Mendoza to give her advice about “things that clutter our lives.” She added, “I wanted to make sure we weren’t blocking any important areas of my building.” She wanted the entrance to her office to be “very inviting, warm and welcoming.” The effort has gotten results. She reports that many times when people come in, they will be standing or sitting there, and suddenly they’ll look over at her and say, “This space really feels good.” Her business is flourishing still today.

CORRECT FENG SHUI BEDROOM ART

0

By Judith Auora Ryan

Without even realizing it, you may be guilty of sabotaging your own dreams and aspirations! This can all be due to not following the unique set of laws in feng shui on the type of art in the bedroom.

There are many layers to why bedroom art is treated differently than art in other rooms in feng shui.

The bedroom is customarily kept as a private domain in the home. As a rule it is kept out of sight from visitors.

In this space you will spend up to a third of your life. It serves as a virtual sanctuary, a place for your body and soul to recuperate and regenerate, a love nest and is the most private area in the home.

Your most cherished possessions, personal objects, clothing, jewelry, and money are stored in it. What you exhibit here is reserved for your eyes and only those who you trust.

While sleeping your physical body goes into a repair mode. It regenerates cells and a healing process ensues. So it is of utmost importance to have as harmonious of a flow of energy as possible in the room.

According to recent studies, the last thoughts you impress upon the subconscious mind up to four hours prior to drifting off into slumber will greatly impact your dream state.

Moreover the art present on the walls in the bedroom is the last thing you see at night. As a result they will affect both your body’s abilities to regenerate and your subconscious’s downloading processes. If incorrect they can lead to poor health, restless sleep, and nightmares.

What’s more, these images are the first thing you see in the morning! They can truly set the whole tone on how you will resonate with your new day.

Due to the functions of the bedroom, it is perceived as being excessive yin in nature. Therefore it is not advised to have paintings which are predominately dark blue, black or contain shadowy scenes or figures. Cold or winter scenes can prove to be too stark. Water is a definite no-no too. While scenes of ponds, lakes, and oceans are excellent money cures, in the bedroom they can bring financial disaster.

You probably see religious pictures and icons as a sign of respect and protection. They unquestionably are, but not in the bedroom. In feng shui their presence here is a sign of disrespect because it is the room used for lovemaking. You may shirk this off but think about your partner. It may affect them on a deep subconscious level. As a result they may feel uncomfortable being intimate with you and not know why.

Photos of family, friends, and your children aren’t acceptable either. This is because you can feel “eyes” on you during intimate moments.

Pictures of a solitary figure should be avoided as well. Remember in feng shui what you see is what you get or become. Looking at a lone figure will just reinforce a sense of loneliness within you. Conversely, a picture with three or more figures in it can lead to your partner wanting to be with others. The same rule applies to having three or more framed prints over the bed. Always try to stress the number two and pairs with bedroom art.

Abstract prints can prove to be too upsetting or stimulating. In another area of the home you may want to get your mind to ponder deep thoughts or concepts. However abstracts can keep you from unwinding in the bedroom and getting a good night’s sleep.

Any animal or bird that is a predator should be avoided. They may attract people or situations which will try to attack you. Care should be strictly followed in choosing animal and bird prints. Many years ago I performed feng shui for a distressed woman. She complained that all the men she met were “a bunch of apes” and just wanted to “monkey around.” Guess what she had prints of in her bedroom and stuffed animals of on her bed? Monkeys! Make sure the animal is noble in character or is symbolic of the energies you want to attract. Cranes, for example, mate for life. Peacocks denote class.

People or animals engaged in strenuous activity should be avoided too. Horses stampeding over your head at night will not lead to peaceful dreams. They will also fill you with anxiety in the morning. You’ll feel rushed and not know why.

To attract a romantic relationship, choose prints of two lovers. Be very specific with the print you get. Make sure that it is representative of type of partner you want to attract. If you’re looking for a knight in shinning armor, get a print with one in it. A musician? Then a musician, etc. Also it is of utmost importance to make sure you’re represented in the print. For example don’t have a brunette in the guy’s arms if you are a blond.

The double happiness sign is a dynamic symbol for eternal love. Flowers denote joyfulness. Bamboo brings growth and strength. Pictures of the sky will bring heavenly blessings into your life. Get pieces that are uplifting.

Art is one of the highest forms of nonverbal communication. What you hang on the walls will be shouting volumes to you every night. Therefore try to pick pieces which will reinforce your personal aspirations.

CARE AND PLACEMENT OF BUDDHA STATUES

40

By Judith Auora Ryan

The image of Buddha seems to be literally popping up all over the place! Due to increased popularity in Feng Shui and yoga, more homes and businesses are now displaying the Enlighted One.

Do you desire to develop inner qualities of peace, beauty, and harmony? If so, welcoming Buddha in your living space can help you attain them. Even just displaying a simple likeness of him will do wonders to help circulate beneficial chi.

It’s not a requirement to be a Buddhist in order to own a statue of him. However, as with all spiritual icons and statues from any faith, there are some general guidelines to follow out of respect for what his image represents.

Any Buddhist monk will tell you, just plopping Buddha somewhere and rubbing his tummy will do nothing to change your luck. Many Feng Shui web sites selling “supernatural” Buddha’s might lead you to believe the opposite. However if glancing at his image evokes a sense of mindfulness and compassion for all sentient beings, you have tapped into the true magic of Buddha.

Sitting beneath the Bodhi Tree, Buddha meditated upon the rising Sun and reached enlightenment. Therefore his statue should always face east. Each morning the first solar rays of the new day will cast their warmth upon his likeness, awakening a rebirth in consciousness for all in the dwelling. Besides being totally disrespectful, it’s bad luck to place Buddha in a bathroom. Also the statue should never face one. A toilet should not be in a room directly behind nor above either. Doing so will flush down the drain your good luck each time it is used.

Buddha should never be placed on the bare floor or ground. He must always be on some platform or pedestal. Many years ago I had a Buddhist Master come to my home to bless a new statue outside. He was quite distraught when he saw that it was on the bare ground. The monk with him took some nearby braches, lovingly broke them, and placed them under the statue. So it can be some humble twigs or stones even, but there must be something between his statue and the dirt.

Nothing should be hanging above Buddha. If you keep his statue on a shelf, make sure that it is on the top and not surrounded by a lot of unrelated clutter.

Please keep Buddha clean! Dust accumulating on or around the statue is disrespectful. It will bring filth into your own life.

Since one of the functions of the bedroom is for lovemaking, it is not considered proper to keep his likeness there. However if it is the only place in the home where you can, his image should reside in a cabinet with doors. When going to sleep, you must close the doors to it. Also the cabinet should not hang over the bed or be directly across from the foot of it.

A Buddha facing the front door from inside the home can protect you from harmful visitors and intruders. His image will evoke a sense of mindfulness and blessings to all as they enter.

There are countless representations of Buddha. Picking the right one can boggle the mind when shopping. However each one denotes attainment achieved thru the mastering of a specific spiritual quality. Therefore before purchasing one you might want to do some research on the meaning of the different poses. Then procure the statue best representing the desired attribute you need to master. Doing so will honor your personal Buddha Nature.

You can also just ask Buddha to decide for you. Put forth a pure and clear intention to acquire the correct Buddha and you will be drawn to the one right for you or get it as a gift. Countless times I have heard non-Buddhist clients say they feel the statue speaks to them.

Please, no haggling over the price! Buying a discounted Buddha is great, maybe even a sign that he’s already bringing you prosperity via the savings. However do not bargain over the purchase price to get the salesperson down. It is considered disrespectful, bad form, and bad luck. The same law applies to statues of Kuan Yin.

If your statue breaks or is damaged it should be disposed of in a reverent manner. Never throw Buddha in the trash. Instead it should be buried outside or contact a Buddhist monastery. The monks may want to keep it or bury it themselves. This applies to all Buddha statues, even those not blessed or purchased from a temple.

Feng Shui and Random Acts of Kindness

1

By Amanda Collins at the International Feng Shui School

Considering we spend more than 80-percent of our time indoors, it’s vital that our home is supportive and nurturing – that it serves as a haven for self-love and support. When you enter, it’s almost as if your abode is hugging and embracing you. This starts with you being kind to yourself, as your home is merely an outward expression of what’s happening inside.

As a Feng Shui teacher, people often ask me the best first step. Most importantly, I suggest that your home is clutter free. That means letting go of anything that no longer serves or honors you. For instance, clothing you haven’t worn in a year, appliances that are broken, objects you don’t need, use or LOVE. Oh and if someone gave you something that you don’t love, re-gift it or at least pass it on to someone who can truly use it. Find a charity you believe in and exercise a random act of kindness. You will probably receive even more in return.

I often drop off carloads of discarded clothes and housewares to a battered women’s shelter and watch the women’s faces light up with joy – which in turn fills me with joy. It seems synchronicity abounds when we look to share. I recently did a consultation for a single mom of a darling little girl. The springs on their couch had gone out and the cornerstone of their living room was falling apart. The very next day I happened to consult a client in La Jolla who was eager to discard a beautiful white sofa. A friend with a truck offered to deliver it, making one delighted mother. “Wow, Feng Shui works fast!,” my client exclaimed with wonder, as she snuggled her daughter in their gently used couch.

The truth is, it’s gratifying to give to others. You will also find yourself feeling lighter, with more room to think and dream in your living space.

Through the process of letting go, I feel blessed to witness transformation on a regular basis. One client who lost her husband three years and was frozen in time and grief. Her house had become a shine to her ex-husband, filled with large posters and photos of him everywhere. For six months, we worked on letting go of the pieces that caused her to relive the suffering over and over. While initially unthinkable, she found tremendous healing in letting go, which still honoring the deep love she had for him. In the process, she realized her departed husband would want her to be happy and she deserved to be. She is now happily dating a wonderful man.

Feng Shui offers plenty of opportunities to commit random acts of kindness to your partner, or even your future mate. If you want to attract or enhance a love relationship, dress up your home like you’re already in that relationship. Think in twos. Buy night stands and lamps in pairs – one for you and another for your beloved.

As anyone who’s ever been in a relationship knows, love also means giving your partner space. Start with the closet, clearing shelves and hangers for your ideal mate to spread out. Not only is it practical, it energetically sends the message that you have room in your life for a relationship. Collect artwork and statues that reflect intimacy. The bedroom is best suited for rest and romance, so remove anything that doesn’t support this – such as that pile of unpaid bills, which can subliminally quash amorous moments.

Also, keep photos of your family, friends and past lovers out of your bedroom. One of my clients had a beautiful photo of her late grandma hovering over the bed. Once she moved her grandmothers’ watchful eye to another room, her love life blossomed!

Want more abundance? Make sure your home reflects that too. This can be simple and celebratory. Get yourself fresh flowers every week. Make your front entrance warm and welcoming to invite good energy into your home. Pointed objects or plants, such as cactus, by the front door can deter abundance from entering. Position your bed in the “command position,” with a solid wall behind you and a clear view of the door.

The same rule goes for your desk positioning. The power position is one where you can see the door from your desk. Your nervous systems will relax so you can be more focused on what you’re doing.  You also invite opportunities into your life by facing them, rather than turning your back on them.

You can enact little acts of kindness to your bodily temple in your very own kitchen. To improve health and well-being, keep it clean and bright. This includes minimizing electro magnetic fields, or EMFs. Get rid of the microwave and cook your food with good old-fashioned heat. This will help nourish your body more fully with every meal.

Also, allow natural light and fresh air into your home. Besides being beautiful and alive, fresh plants will clean up the air. In Feng Shui, we want to invite all the elements of nature into the house – natural gems, gentle water fountains, fresh flowers, and natural sunlight for the fire element.

As an act of self-kindness, create an altar where that you can meditate, dream, and journal. It can be simple, with photos of saints or people who inspire you, a flower or a crystal gem. Even if it’s just the corner of a room, create sacred space that’s private for you.

By every choice to re-gift, reuse or recycle, we are also being kind to mother earth, which gives us everything we have. Be grateful for all she provides and inspires. Love our planetary home, your own home and ultimately love yourself. There’s nothing random about that.

Empowerment Through Tough Times

1

Make Personal Changes and Impact the World at Large

© Mary Jane Kasliner, AAS, BS, ACFSI, E-RYT200

During these difficult times it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Follow these 5 steps and take back control in your life.

Let’s face it we are in tough economic times. Many of our fellow Americans are scrambling to keep from being flung overboard with seemingly no end in sight. Do we continue to allow our energy and perspective to move in the direction of the unknown to a point where we succumb to defeat; or is there a way to be empowered by this state of affairs.

Feng Shui Empowerment:

One of the dynamics behind good Feng Shui is the ability to feel empowered. By focusing on our immediate environment we can impact our behavior. This ignites the law of attraction and catapults our life into another direction. The clearer you are about your intentional direction the more you remain in control of your life even if the rest of the world is panicking.

Steps to Calm the Turbulence:

It is essential to have a systematic plan of action to feel empowered during difficult times. Follow these simple steps and take back your sense of control and confidence.

  1. Clear the Clutter: Devise a checklist to include every area of your home and check off those areas that contain clutter. Don’t forget to list areas such as your desk, briefcase, pocketbook, car, attic, basement and closets. Now get rid of anything and everything that no longer serves a purpose in your life. Only keep items that are functional, in good repair, and you love.
  2. Ba-gua Enhancements: The ba-gua is a compass template used in Feng Shui practice that contains a great deal of information including life aspirations. Depending on your focus intention will dictate the directional portent to make your elemental or symbolic enhancements. For example, if your focus is financial growth, then the Southeast and Northwest rooms within your home should be evaluated. Incorporating a symbol of wealth or water and wood elements in the Southeast and earth or metal elements in the Northwest will effectively activate these two polar points in generating wealth on a basic level of Feng Shui. Once we can relate a specific area in our home to an area of our life, we can then make intelligent design choices that will activate the law of attraction and realize our intentions.
  3. Uplifting Objects: Freshen up your property and space by maintaining landscaping and bringing the outside in. The more of “Mother Nature” you incorporate into your space the better you will feel. When we feel good life takes on a whole new perspective, we feel in control, confident and empowered.
  4. Meditate on Your Intention: Spend 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening in quiet time. Focus your mind on the breath until you feel a sense of calm and then visualize yourself living your intention. Note the feelings, sensations and sense of contentment that comes with living your intended life.
  5. Protect Your Energy Field: When you begin to feel overwhelmed by negative media attention, close your eyes and visualize a white light surrounding your entire body. This light is impermeable to any negative situations, including people. Only allow positive energy to enter your force field.

Tough times simply represent a time for change. By evaluating your own life and making simple adjustments you will effectively create a life where you are in control and no circumstance can undermine your life’s directive. This creates a rippling effect and has a way of impacting the world at large.

Designing a Sacred Space

How to use Feng Shui to create a private sanctuary and renew your soul

There are 7 key design components to incorporate in your room décor in order to soothe the mind, body and soul.

In traditional Chinese culture, a specific room, preferably towards the center of the home, is designated for prayerful meditation and thanksgiving. This is a wonderful concept that we can all benefit from, especially in this day in age when an overabundance of activities fills our day with little time left for spiritual renewal.

From a Feng Shui perspective, the home is an extension of our body, our well-being, and our livelihood. With that in mind, it behooves us to take note of our immediate surroundings and determine if the elements, materials, symbols, colors, sounds and smells are conducive of living holistically.  Many times we strictly look for esthetics when it comes to decorating our space and bypass the little things that can make a difference between feeling fragmented or whole.

Adequate Space:

If your home is large enough, then dedicate one room as your “sacred space” if possible in the Northeast sector of the home.  In Feng Shui practice, this direction naturally resonates with the higher self, meditation and spiritual growth. When space is limited, consider setting up a portion of a room (NE sector) with items that hold deep meaning for you.

7 Key Principles:

Creating a space that will nurture the mind, body and soul is easy.  Incorporate these 7 items into your space and feed the spirit that dwells within.

  1. Sacred Objects:  Place religious icons, spiritual books, CD’s or anything that represents spirituality to you.
  2. Incense and Candles: The scent generated from the incense represents a spiritual offering and will naturally elevate the energy within the space.
  3. Natural Elements: Incorporating nature’s elements connects your energy with the energy of the Universe.  Plants, rocks, and crystals are just a few examples that will augment this connection.
  4. Water: Water is a source of nurturing, healing, and spiritual purification. A water fountain provides a sound quality that mimics nature and can uplift your spirit.
  5. Life Force: Life force energy reminds us of the never-ending energy source in the Universe. It connects us to the infinite energy within our soul.
  6. Color: Color is one of the most powerful elements within a space that can elevate energy while healing the mind, body and soul.  Adding touches of purple will activate the 7th chakra, our highest energy or divine point.
  7. Sacred Shapes of Geometry: Geometric shapes represent the stages of “Becoming.”  It provides a direct access to the spiritual and material forces of creation. The ancient sages believed that by incorporating symbols of sacred geometry into the architecture would allow the soul to grow. A nautilus shell, sunflower, plants or any spiral design will naturally imbue the space with divine harmony.

Designating a space in your home for spiritual renewal is the quintessential ingredient behind “holistic living.”  When we create a space with nature’s symbols and objects of deep meaning, we begin to nurture the self and our creativity in life. Spending time in this room will renew your soul and align the body to its natural spiritual essence.

Clean Up Your Act With Feng Shui

Clean Up Your Act With Feng Shui

Control Your Space and Move Through Life Effortlessly

© Mary Jane Kasliner, AAS, BS, ACFSI, CP, E-RYT200

Take action now to energize your home and begin a life filled with abundance.

Do you ever feel like a gray cloud is constantly hovering over you? Do you feel like no matter what you do, it seems to be a struggle? One of the most common reasons for stagnancy in life is clutter. When energy is stuck in a physical sense it has far reaching effects on every aspect of our being. It has a tendency to throw us off track in life, question our direction, and to trigger emotional, physical and spiritual malaise. On some level, your mind is aware of what is going on. On another level it is the subconscious mind’s way of avoiding what needs to be done.

For our life to work well it is necessary to clear the clutter and make room for new energy to propagate. Part of this process is to disengage from the emotional attachment we have with the objects we possess. The trick is to make an assessment about the objects in your space and the emotional strain it is having on the flow of your life. When we understand that every part of the human life experience is encapsulated within our home through design, images, symbols, sounds, and smells, we can then assess whether these objects add value to our life or keep us physically and emotionally stuck.

Take action now to energize your space and begin a life filled with abundance by following these simple guidelines. You will feel empowered by your ability to control your space, feel lighter, realize new opportunities, and move through life more effortlessly.

Decluttering Guidelines

  1. Take a tour of your home and record the clutter zones of each room.
  2. Note how you feel when you look at your possessions. Do you have a positive reaction or a negative one?
  3. Create a system for discarding unwanted, broken, return, or donation items.
  4. Set an intention as you remove unwanted items. You are now energetically opening up to attracting new desires into your life.
  5. Take breaks during the clutter-clearing session to recharge your energy.
  6. Strive for a cleared, simple, natural and uncluttered feel.
  7. Make sure each room has at least two strong light sources.
  8. Add pizzazz to each room with accents (i.e. fresh coat of paint, flowers, seashells or plant).
  9. Re-think your furniture positioning and create open and inviting seating arrangements.
  10. Locate the East direction in your home; place a healthy plant and other wood elements (green colors, floral designs, columnar shapes or wood accent pieces). This direction aligns to our health and family roots. Activation here has a way of catapulting new beginnings for us.
  11. Space clear each room for a fresh revitalized feel by spraying pure essential oils.
  12. Let go, have fun and live simply.

Once you begin the process of aligning your space, you will naturally increase the energy level in the structure and in turn, your personal energy will heighten. You will naturally be drawn to healthier eating habits, physical habits, and spiritual habits. You have a choice to change your life through the design of your space. What are you waiting for?
