| Ali, I wish there was a magic formula for selling property. I'm working on it! But can only share what I have experienced. First leave the back lights on all the time. This is supposed to create extra yang energy in the back to showcase the home. Secondly make sure the front of the home is getting as much sunlight as possible. Clear shrubs that come too close to the house. And trim trees that might be blocking sunlight. Post the year the home was built and the compass direction of both the front and back and I'll let you know if it is an internal 'delay star' causing the problem. Tracy Rice (just stand at your backdoor holding a compass and jot down the exact direction your backdoor faces and frontdoor faces.) |
